Disneyland. The very sound of the name conjures up memories for millions of people around the world. Since 1954, this amusement park has been representing the best that the Disney Empire has to offer. It truly has lived up to its reputation as “the Happiest Place on Earth”.

Having had the pleasure of visiting both Walt Disney World and Disneyland, I prefer the latter for its intimate charm. There is a certain small town feel to the place, as well as an air of nostalgia. After all, Disneyland and I are the same age, and we’ve been through a lot together.
